The Abelo Quartet was founded in 2018 at the RNCM. Its members consist of Jocelyn Lau (violin1), Anna Rowland (violin 2), Orla Mcgarrity (viola) and Hoda Jahanpour (cello).

The quartet enjoys playing a variety of classical and contemporary music and has had specialist coaching with the Elias Quartet, Trio Gaspard, and the Karenine Trio.
